There are numerous torrent sites all over the net (just use some google-fu), and they provide links to torrents, after downloading the torrent file use a BitTorrent client like utorrent, to actually download the file, using the small .torrent file you downloaded. Depending on your internet setup, port forwarding may be needed, so do a search for instructions on that (a little lengthy, use google or search on these forums).

*it will be also in kb size.
*after downloading open it with utorrent.
*indicate the browse files to where to download .and give start....
your file will be get download .
